Harehills Neighbourhood Plan

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has designated the Harehills Neighbourhood Forum and the Harehills Neighbourhood Area.

The designation is effective from 27 April 2023 and lasts for a period of 5 years.

This designation gives the Harehills Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Harehills Neighbourhood Area.

No other organisation or body may be designated for the Harehills Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
