A pavement licence (also known as a street cafe licence) allows cafes, pubs, bars or restaurants to sell food and place tables and chairs on a public pavement.
Temporary pavement (street cafe) licences are published here as required by the Business and Planning Act 2020 (Pavement Licences) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 for comments.
