Aireborough Neighbourhood Plan

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has re-designated the Aireborough Neighbourhood Development Forum.

This designation gives the Aireborough Neighbourhood Development Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Aireborough Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Aireborough Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
