I am and have been since the 3rd day of October 1988 in respect of part of the land, since the 18th day of January 1989 in respect of another part of the land and since the 31st day of January 1996 in respect of a third part of the land the owner within the meaning of the above section, of the land known as Land at Thorpe Farm Guiseley and Home Farm Menston more particularly delineated on the attached plan accompanying this statement and thereon edged red.
2. The aforementioned land lies in the Parish of Guiseley and Menston.
