We can’t discuss your tenancy with anyone who isn’t on your tenancy agreement unless you give us permission. This is also called advocacy consent.
You may want to give advocacy consent to a trusted friend, relative, or support agency so they can discuss your tenancy on your behalf.
When giving someone advocacy consent, you can choose:
To give permanent advocacy consent to someone, you must fill in and return the Advocacy consent form.
Visit your local Community Hub or Housing Office to pick up a form, or print, complete and return your form to one of these locations.

You can give someone temporary advocacy consent over the phone. We will ask you some questions to confirm your identity.
