Our mental health day opportunities help adults who need support with their mental wellbeing, to take part in groups and activities.
We support adults:
Our main aim is to help reduce barriers and provide opportunities for those in need, to engage in the community and improve their quality of life.
We offer community-led support across the city by working collaboratively with communities and partners, including the Community Mental Health Teams, Acute Services, Specialist Services, Primary Care, the Voluntary Sector and other agencies.
The support starts at 3 months and can be up to a maximum of 6 months.
We help people identify their strengths, improve their confidence and skills for independence through community support, activities or hub attendance.

We aim to process referrals within 14 working days. You will be contacted by one of our assessors to arrange an initial meeting to discuss the service and assess your suitability.
